Our Italian Film Festival, in conjunction with Sidewalk Cinema in downtown Birmingham, is free at the Box Office for all IAHS current members, and will focus on mid-century Italian directors, featuring a variety of the greats like Bertolucci, Wertmuller, De Sica and Rossellini…Plus, as an added treat, our very own IAHS member and Film Scholar Kate Burney, will be presenting before and after the film with a lecture and Q & A…Come enjoy Happy Hour at 5:00 pm at the fabulous Sidewalk Bar and enjoy popcorn and other goodies. All screenings will begin at 6:00 pm with the opening introduction/presentation. Journey to Italy runs 1 hr 29 minutes.
